[Assignments] Teacher only sees their section

Problem statement:

Canvas can quickly become unorganized for teachers in subject rooms where there is a lot of classes and materials.

Proposed solution:

A teacher under only one sections only sees the section for his class, and the tasks created for that one class. but ofc he has the possibility to add another class momentarily to see

Problem statement:

Teachers' access in a course is allowed to all material no matter what section they are allowed in. This means that teachers can alter the work of other teachers in other sections. So the fact that Teacher X can see and alter the material of Teacher Y is a problem.

Proposed solution:

We need that the teacher role is altered such that a teacher can only interact with the sections they’re a member of. This is because our teachers will be contracted to operate on a set of modules.
