[Assignments] "Assign To" field should order student names alphabetically

When an instructor links an assignment to specific students by adding their names to the "Assign To" box in an assignment's settings page, the student names added do not appear in alphabetical, or any order.

Ordering names alphabetically, would make it much easier to quickly determine if a name is included in a list. As it is, our instructors have difficulty confirming that they have made the required accommodations.

This is such a simple thing that would greatly improve the Assign To experience!
