[Blueprint Courses] Sync Module Structure

Problem statement:

For faculty and designers who use the same module in multiple shells, updating it in one shell means updating it in every other shell one at a time, or deleting it in the other shells and replacing it with an updated copy. This can be very tedious, particularly when sometimes the update is a small change.

An example: We have a module with accessibility tips that we include in many of our resource shells. Any time module content is updated, we need to track down every shell that module has been copied into and update them one at a time. A blueprint shell does not allow us to choose specific content we want to sync to specific shells.

Proposed solution:

A great solution would be the ability to mark a module as a blueprint and sync this to modules in other shells.

Alternative solution: the ability to designate within a blueprint course which modules/content should be synced to which associated shell. This would allow faculty and designers to have one blueprint shell with commonly used modules contained in one place. They could then update a singular module in there, and sync only that module with the shells that have it associated, without adding all of the other contents of the blueprint shell.
