Tracking and monitoring the utilization of Calendar Appointments set up within Canvas on a per-course basis. would provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of our scheduling system. Currently, there is no way to do this, as appointments disappear after the date on which they occur, and there is no way to double back to track utilization
Implementation of a regular method of monitoring and tracking Calendar utilization. We would find this data valuable in scheduling and hiring adjuncts to make sure we are making the best use of our time and resources for things like open lab hours, for instance.
