[Calendar] Make Appointment Groups Visible in All Selected Course Calendars

Problem statement:

Currently, when creating an appointment group in the Canvas Calendar and selecting multiple course calendars, the appointment only appears in the first selected course calendar for instructors. See note at the bottom of this page: https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Basics-Guide/How-do-I-add-an-appointment-group-in-a-course... --- Note: If you added an appointment group to more than one course, appointment slots only display in the calendar for the first course shown in the appointment group. --- This creates confusion, as instructors reasonably expect the appointment group to be visible in each selected calendar.

Proposed solution:

Ensure that appointment groups appear in all selected course calendars, both for instructors and students. This would improve clarity and avoid the assumption that something went wrong when appointments are not visible in some course calendars.
