[Canvas Mobile - Student] Improve student view of rubric
In the ios app (such as on an ipad), students cannot see a rubric as a teacher does. It lists the points for each category, and students can click on numbers to see the criteria for each level of a category, but this is not useful as a quick reference or for how rubrics are intended (when written well). Students should see the same things teachers do in the speedgrader both before and after an assignment submission so that they can easily see not just why they landed at a specific level, but how that level differs from the ones adjacent to it. They should be able to get a quick visual sense of where they excelled and where they could improve. Expecting them to click through on every button is unrealistic and not a natural workflow at all.
Show students they same layout of a rubric as what teachers see in the speedgrader - both before and after assessment.
