[Canvas Mobile - Student] Let students view lock dates on their phones

Problem statement:

Students should be able to view the "until" or "lock" dates for assignments while they are on their phones. A lot of students do not have access to laptops, but they do have phones. 

Proposed solution:

Students already struggle with multiple courses. Being able to quickly access lock dates would help significantly. I never knew this and I can see why some students were confused. I believe this will help immensely as well as the ability to use the what if grades function.
