Troubleshooting Canvas Catalog issues is challenging. Often many emails are exchanged with support tickets to determine what the participant is experiencing or what is happening on their end.
It would be great if there was a link to "act as user" like there is in Canvas. Admins could then see what the student/participants see. This would save so much time and confusion. Screenshots are sometimes not enough to understand what is going on.
