[Catalog] Describe the image size guidelines for Listing Images in Course Cards

Problem statement:

When editing listing details, the field for uploading a Listing Image does not explain the size requirements to allow the entire image to be displayed in the listing. This ends up in several listings with images that appear stretched and/or truncated, distorting the image.

Proposed solution:

An tooltip (or note in the 'Listing Image' field) describing the max height and width would enable Catalog admins to upload listing images that appear in the listing without distortion.
