[Catalog] Hide "Self-Paced" on enrollment page

Problem statement:

Currently when editing a listing in Catalog, you can choose to hide "Self-paced" on the detail and Storefront page, but users will still see it on the enrollment page unless you see a "Days to complete" value.

Proposed solution:

Apply the hide setting to all pages related to the listing.
