[Catalog] Organize/Archive Catalog Listing Page

Problem statement:

We would like the ability to organize/archive the Catalog Listing page. We have only been using Catalog for a few months and our list is already growing large. Over the years we will be scrolling and searching alot. It would be good to either hide/archive Catalogs no longer needed without having to delete them. This would help keep only the active Catalogs showing in the list.

Proposed solution:

I would like to be able to select specific Catalogs and place them in folders (ex. 2023, 2024, etc).
