[Classic Quizzes] Make Wrong Answer Comments work for muti-part questions

Problem statement:

Currently, for multi-part questions ( Multiple Answers, Multiple Dropdowns, Matching) the Wrong Answer Comments only show if a student misses all parts of the problem. They should receive the feedback is they miss any part of the problem. We are restricted to Classic Quizzes.

Proposed solution:

Display the "Wrong Answer Comments" if the student has a wrong answer ( I.E. not the full points )

Thank you for sharing this idea with the Instructure Community.

I understand you're restricted to using Classic Quizzes. Because our product teams are no longer developing new functionality on the code base for Classic Quizzes so they can focus their efforts on New Quizzes. Because of this, we've moved this idea to the Will Not Consider Status.
