[Commons] Optimization of the community review functionality

Problem statement:

I think the option to enable “Community Review” in all of our shared resources to allow for constructive criticism and opportunities for improvement is a good idea in principle.

However, the current circumstances for this process are not necessarily optimal:

  1. Currently, I do not receive a message or notification when a new community review has been received and I do not even know when a review has taken place.
  2. It also seems that the owner does not have the ability to remove comments and only the reviewer has the ability to remove their own comments. This might not be a problem if there was an option to reply to a comment, thus confirming that an issue or review has been considered.
  3. Furthermore, it is not possible to contact reviewers from outside the organization, as neither the organization nor the email address is visible. In my opinion, improvements are needed here to enable a high-quality review process.

Proposed solution:

The following feature enhancements should be implemented:

  1. A feature to notify the owner of new community reviews.
  2. Develop and integrate a feature that allows the owner to delete inappropriate or inaccurate comments.
  3. Options for responding to comments and indicating that a problem has been resolved or a review has been considered.
  4. It should be possible to contact the external reviewer for clarification.
