[Course Settings] Allow instructor to customize display name for cross-listed course

Problem statement:

Currently if a student is enrolled in a cross-listed course, the student only sees the "parent course" listed in their course list or dashboard, and at the top of the course home page. This can be confusing, especially if the cross-listed courses have different subjects and/or the student does not know that their course is cross-listed with others.

Proposed solution:

Allow instructor to customize the course name that is displayed on the course list, dashboard, and at the top of the course home page.name.
