[Course Settings] UK alignment of a couple of key items

Problem statement:

At UK higher education institutions, Canvas terminology is quite confusing. Specifically, what Canvas calls "course", UK HE calls "module". This is further complicated by the fact that Canvas also has something called a "module". I understand that there is a workaround via which admins can set different terminology, but that is feared to break things.

Proposed solution:

Instructure should seriously consider renaming "courses" to "modules", and "modules" to "blocks" in the UK release.
