[Courses] Need Italics & Bold in all spaces

Problem statement:

From English Faculty: It is exceedingly frustrating not to be able to highlight books titles in italics in all spaces in Canvas. The grading comment box is just one space where one cannot do this, but there are others like the assignment title boxes or the pages title boxes. Thank you

Proposed solution:

Please add Italics/Bold in all areas of Canvas.

Since there is a request already open for the RCE in SpeedGrader comments, this thread will focus on the need for it in the titles of course elements like pages, discussions, assignments, etc.
