Create ARC Screen Recorder MSI

This idea has been developed and deployed to Canvas

Problem : There is currently no MSI installer for the Arc Screen Recorder App. This is a problem for many campus where faculty and students do not have administrative rights on the computer they are using and therefor cannot install the screen recorder app. Thus, rendering it useless.

Solution : The creation of an Arc Screen Recorder MSI file instead of just the  .exe would allow an institutions IT department to easily push the screen recorder app to all university computers. Leading to much better adoption and use.

I'd like to +1 this idea.

An MSI installer would allow us to silently add the recording functionality to all the faculty machines and it would make first time loading of the software much easier.

We also would be thankful to have an MSI. Most of our labs and instructors do not have admin access. We use Ghost to push out software and this would make it tons easier for deploying the Arc Screen Recorder!
