Currently I handle all the reporting of badge awards for my school which means I'm responsible for tracking the data for all 20+ issuer groups. As an admin, if I want to collect and analyze the learner data, including email, what badge earned, shares, etc., I have to go into each issuer group, download the report, and append all the files. This is very time consuming if there are more than a couple of issuer groups. Unfortunately the overall reports from the organization dashboard only tell me the counts for each badge awarded, no additional data, or even what issuer group this badge is from.
Implementing additional fields into the organization analytics to provide data available only to organization admins. These fields would include student email, name, badge earned, additional data that students shared when creating the account such as location, issuer group that awarded the badge (all the fields from the issuer analytics reports). This would enable an admin to download a singular report instead of having to go into each individual issuer to download that group's reports, and then merge all the files, saving a massive amount of time.
