[Credentials/Badges] Customise emails sent from Canvas Credentials

Problem statement:

It is not currently possible to customise the emails sent out from Canvas Credentials when a badge is awarded. For example, if we wanted to encourage users to share the badge on LinkedIn by providing specific instructions or to include some form of branding within the email.

Proposed solution:

Provide the ability to customise emails within the Credentials admin portal at both organisation AND issuer level. This will allow admins to create bespoke emails with specific copy and branding that may or may not be applicable to each issuer.
