[Credentials/Badges] Dynamic settings on certificates

Problem statement:

If a badge has no expiry date set – the certificate still lists the ‘Expiry Date’ followed by a blank.

Proposed solution:

Develop dynamic settings on certificates, that pull only the filled in metadata from the badge.
