Problem statement:

'Closed for Comment' discussion boards, aren't automatically moved into the 'Closed for Comments' section in Discussions Index page.

Proposed solution:

After the 'Until Date' has passed, automatically move the board into the 'Closed for Comments' section in Discussions Index page.
