Email verification on Catalog enrollment form

We would like the Catalog enrollment form to verify a user's email address by having them enter their email address a second time to ensure that they match. We frequently have users who mistype their email address, which results in confusion, duplicate enrollments, and bad data. Having this feature would prevent most of these errors.

I fully support this and also CAPTCHA and the ability to identify and remove spam users.  We've seen possible spam accounts for free Catalog offerings.
