[Enrollments] Admin as real student in a course

Problem statement:

The more and more I work in Canvas it feels like it is pieced together with layer upon layer without seeing how layers can be woven together better. We should not have to make another account so that admins can actually be a student in a course they are a student in.

Proposed solution:

When an admin is placed in a course as a student please, for that course, make them a student and fix the quiz so they can actually take the quiz.
