[Enrollments] When adding a student to People use school lookup to help with emails

Problem statement:

In order to add someone (student or TA or ...) to a course you need to provide their email(s). This requires me to know the exact email of the person, but I sometimes (without looking it up) know part of the email or the first few letters or...

Proposed solution:

I would like to start typing the email and the field would be connected to the school email database and it could show possible matches from which I could choose. If nothing matched I'd enter by hand as usual. (This commonly occurs in the "To:" field of email programs within organizations.)
