[Feedback] Library Text - Rich Content Editor and Adding URL's

It would be great if you could access on the Rich Content Editor tools when adding text into the new Feedback Library, or at the very least have the ability to add a linked URL. Currently URL's aren't clickable for students.

Thanks for sharing this idea, @b_w_reid . We'll move it forward for broader conversation. Development and implementation of this enhancement would most likely depend on the implementation of  Rich Text Editor in Speedgrader Comments  and  Formatted Text in Annotation Tools.
