[Files] SCORMs on a course - re-download ZIP files

You cannot currently, from the SCORM page on a course, download the ZIP file you originally uploaded.

Every other 'upload / import' from a file place (e.g. Content imports), you can. It would be really helpful if the staff member who created them loses them, and we don't have a backup.
