[Global Navigation] Toggle Between Courses

Problem statement:

When switching between courses, you have to go back to the Dashboard or Courses each time.

Proposed solution:

A dropdown menu at the top of the screen would be beneficial to toggle between courses quickly (see Duolingo example below).
