[Gradebook] Canvas Plagiarism Framework sort by indicators or similiarity report pecentage

Problem statement:

In large classes it would save time to be able to sort by the Turnitin similarity report percentage or the indicator colors to review high matching reports.

Proposed solution:

in gradebook have Sort by Canvas Plagiarism Framework indicators.
