[Gradebook] Export Grades for Multiple Sections

Problem statement:

We export grades weekly for advisor checkups. We have not found a way to choose multiple courses to export. We can only choose one or all.

Proposed solution:

Allow multiple or session selections of courses to choose in the Grade Export Tool
