[Gradebook] Grouping, Sorting, and Organization

Problem statement:

I would like to see grades in the gradebook grouped by assignment category and then by date (oldest to newest) within that category. This does not seem to be an option.

Proposed solution:

It may be more useful to everyone if you could choose levels of organization similar to sorting data in Excel. Instructors/Students could customize the gradebook to their needs.

Problem statement:

My gradebook is designed with weighted groups (Exams, Homework etc.). The gradebook currently shows the Weighted groups with averages followed by all the assigments (regardless of what category/group I assigned them).

Proposed solution:

A gradebook must show the weighted group followed by its specific assignments. "I would like to see grades in the gradebook grouped by assignment category and then by date (oldest to newest) within that category".
