[Gradebook] Need subject for "Students Who Have Not Taken the Quiz"

Problem statement:

When a teacher sends a message to "Students who have NOT taken the quiz" (or the other option there, I'm sure) there is not field for a subject, so messages are send with "(No Subject)".

Proposed solution:

Since all messages need a subject, there needs to be a "subject" field available.
