[Gradebook] Submit Final Grade to SIS

Problem statement:

When our grades are finalized, instructors email our registrar and he has to manually pull the final grades.

Proposed solution:

Create a button that instructors can press in the grade book that sends the final grades to the SIS at the end of the term.
