[Groups] Group/Instructor Interface

Problem statement:

There is now way for the instructor to quickly ascertain what group a student belongs to. And within the group home page, there is no way for an instructor to see what the students actually see.

Proposed solution:

1. Allow faculty to see what a group and individual student is in without have to open each group roster and look for them In a course with 100-120 students and 20 groups, which is untenable. 2. Allow the instructor to place the test student in a group so the instructor can see how the group looks to a student.
