When courses are copied the assignment availability, due, and lock dates can be auto shifted to the new semester's calendar dates. However, the dates for assigning peer reviews are left behind, and therefore they do not match the assignment dates at all. The result is that students are not assigned any peer reviews in a course that instructs them to complete one.
I propose that the "assign on" dates for peer reviews be updatable by the "shift dates" process during course copies. This will help to prevent mis-matches between the peer review's assign-on and the assignment's due-by dates.
