[Inbox] Access instructor reply comments from email entry to student submissions and not just from HOME screen.

Problem statement:

Cannot access my saved comments from email entry to student submissions. I can only view my list of comments from the HOME page submissions by students.

Proposed solution:

Be able to access my list of saved comments from EMAIL entry to student submissions and not just from HOME page. Thank you.
