[Inbox] Pick Students to Message by copying and pasting a list of names, usernames, etc.

Problem statement:

In a large course of all 5,500 students, our counselors want to send a message to a random selection of students. To do this, they have to hand-pick the names from the large list, taking up lots of their valuable time.

Proposed solution:

We'd love a way for them to be able to copy and paste a list of student names, usernames, or another unique identifier. This will save LOTS of time.
