[Mobile - Canvas Student] Learning Mastery gradebook view in Canvas Mobile App

Problem statement:

If a teacher uses outcomes and alignments to maintain a learning mastery gradebook (standards based grading) in Canvas, there is no way for any part (Teacher, Student, Parent) to view that gradebook in the Canvas Mobile app(s).

Proposed solution:

Add a toggle to Learning Mastery in the grades section of the Canvas Mobile app(s), similar to how the user can toggle between Assignments and Learning Mastery in the grades view on the desktop website.
