[Mobile - Canvas Student] Retain links in feedback on mobile

Problem statement:

In the mobile app, any links (including internal links) are stripped off from the SpeedGrader/quiz feedback - both the question feedback in quizzes and the overall comments. The links appear fine on Desktop/web, but somehow get stripped in the mobile app.

Proposed solution:

Do not remove links from question feedback in quizzes and the overall comments in the Canvas mobile app. Often the links are really important, as we may be using them to refer the students to specific pages within Canvas, asking them to review those, etc.
