[Mobile - Canvas Teacher] Improve mobile web experience

When using Canvas in a mobile/tablet browser (something quite convenient, remember that not everybody has a laptop and not everybody likes Canvas app), when you have finished week 1 module and press the arrow to not to be expanded, if you then browse through another module, when returning back to the general view not only you realize that the week 1 is expanded again but instead of maintaining the scrolling in the modules week that you are working on, it self goes scrolling all the way up until week 1. In my humble opinion I think that taking care of this kind of details is very important so the students can enjoy a much better experience and don't get frustrated. Thanks for hearing me.

I have discovered that if in the welcome page instead of choosing all modules you choose specifically the module you want to study this thing I explained before doesn't happen.
