[Modules] Duplicate Headers

Problem statement:

It would be helpful to be able to duplicate/copy headers. While I understand you can create headers in a module and duplicate the module, this is not as user-friendly as it would be to duplicate a header and drag it to a new module.

Proposed solution:

Please add the feature to duplicate a header and be able to drag it from module to module.
