[Modules] Grouping Function

Problem statement:

There is no way to indicate group membership of Modules other than to add a text header or state a superordinate category label at the beginning of the title. I wish there were.

Proposed solution:

Create a function to enable grouping of Modules under superordinate category labels which the instructor can define.
