[Modules] Module description

An option to add a brief text description in a module would be helpful. This could be done like the text header, except with smaller font.  

It can be used to give an overview of the module's contents or students goals in brief without the need to click through to a page.

Yes, please! Even if the Text Header option also had a RCE for additional text, so that it could be used in this way when needed, would be awesome.  Sometimes I don't want the students to have to click into a page just to get a quick overview.

Also, I would love it if this would be visible when using the "next" and "previous" buttons as you navigate through a module.  Otherwise, this content would be missed by most.
