[Modules] Publishing Items -> Publishes Module

Problem statement:

When I press publish on an item, it is not visible for my students because a module does not automatically publish when the items are checked and listed as accessible for students.

Proposed solution:

Make it so that if a page or assignment is published that it also publishes the module.
