[New Analytics] Course Weight Improvement

Problem statement:

Calbright needs to use New Analytics On-line Attendance feature. However, our course weights are "heavy" and will not load.

Proposed solution:

Change one of the load parameters. Instead of loading the entire course, use course sections. This could be used to reduce the course weight. If we know what the limit is, we can ensure our sections do not go above that student count. However, our courses are continuous and will remain heavy based on your current load model.
