[New Quizzes] Add auto-refresh to Moderate screen

Problem statement:

In Classic Quizzes, the Moderate screen autoupdates student progress auto-updates showing student activity in real time. When students enter the quiz a timer appears next to their name indicating how much time they have left. In New Quizzes, the instructor must refresh the screen to see changes in activity. Additionally, there is no timer --just an in-progress link.

Proposed solution:

Autorefresh the Moderate screen to reflect studentr activity in real time and provide a timer for each in-progress attempt.

I support this feature, there are quite a few things missing from the moderate this quiz page.

This is a very useful feature for us in Classic Quizzes.   Please have this work in New Quizzes, also.
