[New Quizzes] Allow Translation with Google Translate

Problem statement:

The new quizzes program does not allow students to use Google translate to translate questions to another language. The old quiz program does. However, I have been using Canvas for many years. When we were told that old quizzes was going to be phased out I create all my quizzes using the new program. Now I am unable to use those quizzes with my classes that need translation ability. Please fix this issue.

Proposed solution:

Allow new quizzes the ability to use Google translate to translate questions to another language.

We recently discussed this situation with developers and found that Google Translate does not work with iframes and does not work well with dynamic content.  We advised this bug be taken up with Google.
