[New Quizzes] Alternative in migration from question bank to item bank

The question bank is a widely used tool at universities, but in order to use New Quizzes, you need to perform the migration process from the question bank to the ítem bank one by one. The migration process from the question bank to the ítems bank is not organized to be done by block. If an institution has more than 100 banks, it would have to perform the migration process one by one, and this is not a simple process.
Have a migration system or application that allows migration from a question bank to ítem bank, making migration easier for administrators. In the same way, studying the option to use the question bank in new quizzes this would ease all the work done with the question bank and eliminate the need to migrate the question bank to the item bank. I understand that this is an LTI, but it would be more feasible to link new quizzes to the question bank. I also understand that there is the form of block migration in the version (https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Releases/Canvas-Release-Notes-2023-08-19/ta-p/574012#toc-h... ), but this is done at the course level and not at the question bank level. Remember that a big advantage of databases is that you can link a bank to multiple courses or assessments.
