[New Quizzes] Check mark after adding a question to a quiz from an item bank

Problem statement:

The same question can be added by mistake when adding questions to new quizzes from the item bank. My item banks have many questions but I will only select a few questions. When searching the list and selecting I will forget which questions I have added.

Proposed solution:

It would helpful if the blue + (add) symbol would change to a checkmark after selecting the question(s). This will prevent creating a quiz with two or more of the same questions.
