[New Quizzes] Feedback textbox enlargement

Problem statement:

The textbox provided for individual question feedback in Speedgrader is small and doesn't provide enough room to give adequate feedback. I can provide screenshots for clarification if needed.

Proposed solution:

There is space to the left of the box, so it could be lengthened providing more room to see what is typed to provide more meaningful feedback for individual questions on quizzes. I believe this is in classic quizzes, but it should be considered for both Classic and New Quizzes.
