[New Quizzes] New Quiz as formative assessment

Problem statement:

I would like to use New Quizzes as a tutoring tool to help students learn, rather than a tool to simply show where they are deficient. This would involve letting students retake quizzes and questions.

Proposed solution:

1) Retake a question for less points while taking the quiz. 2) Carry over correct answer from previous attempts (ideally only show missed questions in a subsequent attempt)

What are the guidelines for submitting a new idea? 

However, I have good news to share. I believe you'll really like the theme. The PM who authored that theme collected many wonderful ideas that would allow creative leverage of New Quizzes with learners. If you follow that thread, if it's chosen to be included for voting when our next voting window opens, you'll be able to participate. How do I participate with themes? 

Lastly, the idea [New Quizzes] Carry Forward Correct Answers on Quiz Multiple Attempts matches part of your request perfectly. It's a long-time request, and other customers have seen the value you did.
